BATTLEFIELD ROLES FOR
NATIONAL GUARD TRAINING - URGENT NEED!
Responder Training Services/The Staffing Solutions Group is recruiting 120+ civilians to fill temporary roles in the pre-deployment cultural immersion training for the U.S. National Guard at Camp Grayling on July 11-21st.
For all roles you must be 18 years of age or older, can take direction, and be physically able to withstand rigorous 12 hour days outdoors to be eligible.
Battlefield Effects Tech: You will operate non-pyrotechnic devices used during training. There will be specific device training. Some may be required to wear wardrobe for work.
Civilian-on-Battlefield (COB): You will role play as villagers in a simulated village.
You must be available every day, but no guarantee of work every day. Call time may be as early as 5:30 a.m. You should reside no more than 45 minutes from the training site due to possible last minute need notifications.
Pay is weekly at $11.31/hr + SCA rate of $3.81/hr and applicable overtime. Wardrobe, equipment and training will be provided. Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. required. Background checks will be performed on those selected.
